cl999 Responsible Gaming — Keep the Fun Within Safe Limits
Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or problems. cl999 is committed to providing you with a safe and healthy betting experience.
Our Commitment & Core Principles
cl999 believes that online betting and casino games are only enjoyable when played responsibly. When gambling goes beyond the limits of entertainment, it can have negative effects on your personal, family, and financial life. We want every one of our users to enjoy the fun of gaming while staying in control.
Only users aged 21 or older may register and bet on the cl999 platform. We strictly prevent minors from creating accounts and carry out age verification processes.
Our goal is to ensure a transparent, safe, and responsible betting environment. Alongside SSL encryption and fair play policies, we provide various tools and support to help prevent gaming addiction.
Age Limit Is Mandatory
The cl999 platform is open only to those aged 21 or older.
Your Control Tools
cl999 gives you the ability to manage your own gaming experience. Use the tools below to bet with awareness.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded, which helps you manage your budget.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, you can take a time-out for a set period. During this time your account will be temporarily suspended.
Self-Exclusion
If you are experiencing long-term problems, choose self-exclusion. With this feature your account will be fully closed for an extended period and logging in will not be possible during that time.
Betting History Review
You can log in to your account at any time to view your betting history and transaction details. This helps you understand your spending patterns and make informed decisions.
Round-the-Clock Support
cl999's 24/7 live chat and email support team is always ready. Contact us in Bangla or English — we are here for you.
Realistic Expectations
Betting always carries risk — there is no guarantee of winning. cl999 always communicates potential risks transparently so you can play with realistic expectations.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gambling
When betting crosses the line from entertainment to addiction, the following signs may appear. If you notice these in yourself or someone close to you, seek help promptly.
Build Healthy Betting Habits
Set a Budget
Decide in advance how much you will spend each day or each week, and do not go beyond that limit.
See It as Entertainment
Think of betting as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Do not chase losses in a desperate attempt to win back money.
Take Regular Breaks
Take breaks in between rather than betting continuously. Avoid making decisions when you are tired or frustrated.
